Long distance relationships can be tough. Especially when that relationship is between a builder and a client!

We started building this beautiful 2 story brick home that we had intended to sell upon completion. About midway through the build, at the drywall stage, we got a call from a family in Texas who were interested in buying the house! The father was an airline pilot for American Airlines who would be transferring to the Nashville area in a few months.

We spent the next few months conversing with the client through phone and email to customize the home to their specifications. They spent a lot of time at their local Lowe’s in Texas. They would take pictures of flooring, fixtures, sinks, cabinets, and anything else that they liked and would send those to us, so that we would know what to use in the house.

You can imagine how nervous the family probably felt when they walked into their home for the first time. Buying and customizing a home without ever actually seeing it until it’s finished, takes a lot of trust. We’re proud that this family put their complete trust in RG Builders.

The hallmark sign of a good job is repeat business – When the family found out they were going to be transferred again, they contacted us to sell the house for them.
