There are many phases to building a new home. RG Builders has been building new homes for over 30 years. This experience has taught us a thing or two about how to navigate all of the logistics. We help you through all of them to a successful completion of your new home.
The early planning phase includes lot selection, construction financing, home architecture selection, custom modification planning, material grade selection, zoning, perk soil tests and permits.
Construction begins after the planning phase is complete and approved. You can celebrate with us with the ground breaking ceremony. We begin laying the foundation as you breathe a sigh of relief. Each construction phase that’s complete brings you closer to your move in date.
We hand you the keys to your new home after the final walk-through and punch list is complete. Your move in date has arrived!
