We added a whole room. Although minor issues arose, they were all handled in a professional and timely manner which resulted is a very satisfactory resolution. Roger’s attention to detail was most impressive. We are very satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend RG Builders.

I can tell that Roger really loves what he does. It is apparent in the care and attention he has put into our new home. We really love how the house was designed to pull in light even though the location is tucked into trees. We get the benefit of being on shaded property but have a lot of large windows and skylight windows that brighten up the inside of the home.
We love how the deck turned out. It’s situated in the back of the house and overlooks the rest of our property. The views are so enjoyable. We will probably end up spending quiet a bit of time out on the deck.
We appreciate how Roger installed a small amount of yard and landscaping. We really don’t want a lot of yard work now that we are retired. He made a small amount of grass that is flat and will be easy to take care of along with some house landscape edging that won’t be too much.
We really like all of the appliances that were selected and installed. The granite counter tops along with all of the new appliances that match really make the kitchen sparkle. Especially with how the light comes in.
Roger’s work crew put a lot of attention to detail on everything from the baseboards to our curving stair banister. They were hard working and put a lot of effort into making sure everything was completed and done right. They worked with us overtime when we had a builders loan schedule to maintain. They helped us get through our loan timeline so that we remained on track and the loan process was completed successfully.

Mr. Gulley was very involved in the entire project. We had many delays due to rainy weather and resource availability; but we were kept informed throughout about any issues and crews worked weekends when needed to keep things moving forward. I would recommend RG Builders, Inc. for any home building or remodeling project.

Roger worked with us above and beyond to build our “dream house”. We chose him over several others because of his genuine concern. We had never built a home and he was very patient and shared his expertise to guide us in all the different direction we needed. The workmanship is superior. Honesty is huge. I would highly recommend RG Builders for any size project – large or small. We now have a beautiful 1-1/2 story, wrap around porch with a detached garage that we are exceptionally proud of.

I highly recommend RG. My project was challenging and therefore scary. Roger provided detailed time and cost estimates that never significantly changed. His workers are well-chosen and well-supervised; they are efficient and polite and made every effort to be as unobtrusive as possible. Roger himself is very hands-on. He visited the worksite (our house) every single day for the 3+ months of the project, making sure that every detail was executed properly. And he is very personable. We looked forward to his daily visits, not just because of the oversight he provided, but because we genuinely enjoyed his company. A++

Roger did an outstanding job, was personable, knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond to fix my door. It has never worked better and he even came on Saturday to get it done. I have already lined him up for the next job. His cost was exactly in line with the most reasonable quotes I had previously gotten.

Roger was easy to contact and responded quickly. His sub-contractors almost always came when they said they would. The work done was excellent and addressed all issues. I would recommend this firm to all. The price was as set in the contract.

RG Builders did an excellent job. They were fast, efficient and professional. I had some problems with my apartment complex getting the water turned off to work on the plumbing, and they were helpful in getting this situation resolved. The final results look amazing and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future.
