This new home was the second we built for one family. The layout is the same as their first home, McCormick 2. The homeowners brought RG Builders the same house plans without realizing it. We made the houses look completely different even with the same reversed layouts.

The homeowners didn’t even know they had the same house plans until after we told them because the houses look very different. Both homeowners had different ideas on the styling of the exterior of their houses so unless you actually know they are the same plans you would never guess it. Two very beautiful houses that we were so glad that the homeowners absolutely loved. The same, yet unique to their families.
