The project on Lincoln Court in Nashville, TN is coming along great. This home is a new home that has a craftsman style feel. The home is cohesive with the rest of the neighborhood while still giving today’s homeowner what they want in a home. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The master suite has a custom tile shower, his and hers closets, and a balcony. The other two bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom and they have large closets. the powder room is located downstairs as a guest bathroom. The downstairs has an open layout with 19ft tall ceilings, lots of natural light, and a fireplace. The home has hardwood floors all throughout the home but we have not finished them yet until after we get the painting done. All of the tile work for the bathrooms has been done already as well. We are so proud of this home already and are really anticipating showing everyone the final product.
