RG Builders, Inc. is moving along with the complete renovation on the home on Burrus St in Nashville. Last blog you saw the start of the project and the building of the new 2 story addition. Since the last blog, the framing has been finished and wrapped. The roof has been completely finished. The  original house has a gable roof, as well as the new addition does. The addition also has an “eyebrow” roof under the gable roof. This gives the home a little extra appeal and will make house stand out in the neighborhood once it is finished.

Next, the windows have all been replaced in the existing home and have been added to the addition. All of the old windows were not energy efficient and with the new windows now the home has  more natural lighting. It is surprising how just changing the windows can give your home a facelift. The addition has two windows on top of each other that makes up an almost full ceiling height window. This is so unique and gives the house a unique appeal over the other homes in the neighborhood.

Lastly, the plumbing, electricity, and HVAC have been added to the home. All of the pipes and ducts have been ran which you can see from the pictures. This home has changed quite a bit since the last post and RG Builders, Inc cannot wait to show you the next stage of this full home renovation. Please feel free to comment and let us know what you think about the project.
