We are 3 weeks in to our newest project on Bud Qurriel Rd in Lyles, TN. The home is located in Hickman County. When we met the owners they were having a problem with water draining into their basement. The draining problem under the porch was very bad. The boards underneath the old porch had started to rot and the ceiling in the basement closet had to be replaced also. The only way that the owners had found, before we came, to stop the draining was to cover the porch in a tarp and use blocks to hold it down. That rendered the porch practically useless. So we had to tear out their old concrete porch and put a roof underneath so that the water would no longer drain down into the basement. So far demo has been done, the roof has been built and the deck has been started.
The owners have been great through this project and we are very happy to be able to help them with their situation. There will be more pictures to come so keep an eye out for the continuing of this project.
