Victoria Court was a complete home renovation, as well as, an addition. This home is located in Franklin, TN. The goal for RG Builders, Inc was to create two separate living spaces that were still cohesive as one house. They also decided to modernize the original house. The living space has been opened up to reveal more natural light and maximize the square footage.
With the opened living spaces, the kitchens are a focal point in each side of this home. This home has two full kitchens which offers both families a space to create their own meals. Both kitchens also have a lot of character with a country chic feel. With white cabinets and marble counter tops, this home was brought out of the olden days given an update that it truly needed.
