RG Builders, Inc. has started a new project on Springhouse Court in Franklin, TN. The owners wanted  a 2 level, screened in deck located in their back yard. They really wanted a outdoor area to enjoy with their families, so they called RG Builders, Inc. to get a custom deck built for their gorgeous home.

The deck is made out of pressure treated pine and has 2 step downs. There is space under the top deck that leaves room to hide the lawn equipment while still giving it shelter. The gate made out of lattice is to hide the lawn equipment under the porch. The top level of the porch is completely screened in and the bottom level is open and a great area for grilling and enjoying the sunshine. A deck like this is necessary for living in the south. A way to keep away from the bugs and also a place to sit out and enjoy the starry sky.
