RG Builders has had the privilege of a new home build and renovation in the beautiful area of Fernvale, Tennessee. The homeowners wanted to preserve elements from the original home that was built in 1901. They wanted a home addition added to the original structure. Essentially, this was building a new home along with a renovation. It was a unique project where the past meets the present.
