Victoria Court Remodel – Franklin, TN
Victoria Court was a complete home renovation, as well as, an addition. This home is located in Franklin, TN. The goal for RG Builders, Inc was to create two separate living spaces that were still cohesive as one house. They also decided to modernize the original house. The living space has been opened up to reveal more natural light and maximize the square footage.
The home was made for a newlywed couple and the husband’s mother. Having two separate spaces was very important for giving the newlyweds the privacy they needed, but also it was still important for the son to be able to check on his mother in case of an emergency. RG Builders, Inc believes that we made the home equally gorgeous for both parties involved.
For the original home’s renovation, the interior was completely gutted and the walls were knocked down to open the living space. The kitchen was torn completely out and redone to build much better functionality. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also updated with new modern design and amenities.
