We added a whole room. Although minor issues arose, they were all handled in a professional and timely manner which resulted is a very satisfactory resolution. Roger’s attention to detail was most impressive. We are very satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend RG Builders.

RG Builders was privileged to serve clients living in The Enclave in Franklin, TN. Their home was the original model home of The Enclave that is located new Cool Springs in Franklin Tennessee. The home owners wanted to convert a patio into a new home addition. They rarely enjoyed the space. Their home boasts many other outdoor and deck areas that they use.

They wanted to expand their living room to include a media room. The living room expansion would envelope the old patio space. The new media room would need to match the existing interior and exterior decor. There was wood flooring, custom windows and custom exterior brick colors to consider. The home owners wanted to create the new room without it giving off a room addition feel. They wanted the new room to feel as it has always been there.

RG Builders set about constructing the new room. The homeowners reviewed the plans that were drawn up. The room details were discussed including interior and exterior finishes. As the project got underway adjustments were made when needed.

The finished media room turned out beautiful! It is a seamless new addition without looking like an after thought. The materials and design selected provide a warm and inviting atmosphere. All of the interior and exterior features match the rest of the house.
