The Fieldstone 1 Addition has a great story. A mother and daughter both lived in Fieldstone Farms in Fairview, Tennessee. They love the neighborhood so much and really did the not want to move. The mother had become disabled and needed the daughter’s help on a day to day basis. Instead of moving out of Fieldstone Farms, the daughter decided to add an addition to her current home. To pay for the addition, the mother sold her home in Fieldstone Farms. The addition was plenty large enough to integrate the mother into the household without the house being cramped. Plus she was also able to renovate a few rooms like the kitchen and bathroom.
