Deck Build on Bud Qurriel Rd in Bon Aqua, TN
RG Builders Inc has now finished a porch renovation on Bud Qurriel Rd in Lyles, TN. The home is located in Hickman County. When we met the owners they were having a problem with water draining into their basement. The draining problem under the porch was very bad. The boards underneath the old porch had started to rot and the ceiling in the basement closet had to be replaced also. The only way that the owners had found, before we came, to stop the draining was to cover the porch in a tarp and use blocks to hold it down. That rendered the porch practically useless. RG Builders knew that we had to help this family regain access back to their porch and prevent this catastrophe from happening again. So we had to tear out their old concrete porch and put a roof underneath so that the water would no longer drain down into the basement.
Then, we built them a whole new deck with composite deck flooring that connected with their smaller entrance porch which brings the whole deck together as one. In our opinion, this porch is now functional and has the curb appeal that the family was looking for.
The owners have been great through this project and we are very happy to be able to help them with their situation.
