Our Building Process
Fair Pricing
We have intentionally positioned our building services to provide you with fair pricing regardless of your geographic location. We use Xactware market pricing software to build our estimates which means that you get fair market pricing regardless of where you live in Middle Tennessee. In other words, if you live in Franklin we don’t increase our pricing just because you live in Franklin.
3D Modeling
We use 3D modeling for our new home builds to help provide a realistic look and feel for what your home is going to look like once it’s built. This provides you with the ability to make adjustments during the planning phase before the building phase and costs are initiated. This saves time and money and allows flexibility when planning for your new home build and remodeling projects. Another reason our customers appreciate the 3D modeling we use is that they are able to plan for furniture, appliances and other features that will be placed in each space and room.
Customers that are moving to Nashville from out of state are able to measure the furniture they know that will be bringing with them and place those items into the plan to make sure that everything fits appropriately. This helps avoid disappointing surprises when moving into your new home build and ensures that the furniture you care about will fit each space perfectly.
